We offer free standard shipping on every order.
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery time Standard shipping delivers within 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions outside of our control.
Incorrect addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@getvitalbreath.com, and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
